The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Rockford that are seeking Test Engineers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manufacturing processes and equipment. Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing of manufactured products and components. Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test procedures, reports, and defect logs. Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Implement and improve automated testing procedures to increase efficiency and coverage. Conduct root cause analysis for product failures and production line issues. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, Python scripting). Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation for defect tracking and trend identification. Experience with test plan development, execution, and reporting. Knowledge of hardware and software integration testing in a production environment. Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Pytest).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for test automation and data analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) principles and their application in testing.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and participation in sprint cycles.
