As part of an organization that provides tailored educational and behavioral support services, you will play a key role in helping students build independence, access the curriculum, and reach their fullest potential. In this role, you will provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with diverse abilities, including those receiving special education services. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations of fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-care, and functional school skills, translating your findings into meaningful, measurable goals and interventions. You will design and implement evidence-based interventions targeting handwriting, tool use, organization, self-regulation, sensory integration, and daily living skills required for full participation in school routines. You will model strategies, accommodations, and modifications for classroom staff, offer coaching and training to caregivers and educators, and adjust supports based on student response and progress data. Accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports will be essential to your work, as will active participation in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration. At Point Quest Group, you will join a supportive, inclusive culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional growth. You will have opportunities to share expertise with a multidisciplinary team, pursue professional development, and contribute ideas that enhance services for students and schools. Our dynamic environment encourages creativity in problem-solving and a commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered practice. This position typically offers a hybrid work environment aligned with school needs, combining on-site services in school settings with opportunities for planning, documentation, and collaboration time. As a full-time member of Point Quest Group, you will be part of a mission-driven organization focused on making a meaningful difference for students and their families while advancing your own skills and career in school-based occupational therapy.
