The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is a high-autonomy role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of real estate transactions—from executed contract through closing and post-close integration. This individual serves as the central point of coordination across internal leadership, legal counsel, escrow and title teams, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders.
This role requires someone who can operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and help build and refine internal processes and SOPs. Reporting directly to the Owner, VP of Operations, and CFO, the Coordinator will take full ownership of transaction activities, with support from the broader team as needed.
In addition to transaction management, the role includes entity management, calendar and deadline tracking, document organization, and operational/project support. Comfort with using AI tools to streamline administrative tasks is strongly encouraged.
