Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Significant experience with LMS administration or educational technology. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently. Strong understanding of platform workflows and system interactions. Excellent analytical skills with strong documentation and data validation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Familiarity with system integrations, SCORM standards, and MARC records is an advantage. Experience with UAT script writing and execution is a plus. Exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage technical support escalations.
