Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with the shipping, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.Communicate with supervisors regarding material shortages, production delays, or quality issues.Accurately and consistently use the company's ERP system to document work time, inventory usage, job progress, and any other required information in a timely manner.Assist in loading and securing pallets onto trucks when needed. Performance Metrics:Production Efficiency: Construct 99%+ of pallets within standard production time estimates.Measurement Accuracy: Ensure 100% of pallets meet dimensional and weight capacity requirements.Safety Compliance: Maintain zero lost-time injuries by following safety protocols.Material Optimization: Reduce wood waste by at least 10% through efficient cutting and reuse practices.
