Job Title: Human Resources Manager, SHRM Certified

Location: North Dallas, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Approximately $100,000 annually

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all core human resources functions for a growing organization in North Dallas. This role will partner closely with leadership to support business objectives, ensure compliance, and drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

**SHRM CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED**

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, and performance management
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, retention strategies, and organizational development
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy guidance
  • Administer benefits programs and support open enrollment and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including 401(k) audits and reporting
  • Oversee payroll processes and support compensation planning, including salary structures and offers
  • Manage leave of absence programs, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and reporting accuracy
  • Develop and support training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • SHRM certification (required)
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience across multiple HR functions (employee relations, benefits, compliance, payroll)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
