Dizario Search is partnered with an industry leading, multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization located in Lincoln, NE. Our client is looking to bring on a strategic HR Manager to manage HR operations at their plant. In this role, you will provide coaching for supervisors & employees, resolve employee concerns, and helps to develop training programs, and ensures compliance with State, Federal, & local employment laws. This is a direct hire role with fantastic benefits, 401k programs, base salary, and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to ensure staffing needs are met & developing staffing plans for future hiring needs.
• Develop succession plans, resolve employee concerns, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with EHS team members to develop safety trainings for both hourly and salaried staff.
• Monitor metrics, including (turnover, absences, and safety metrics.)

Qualifications:

• 6 (+) years of HR experience, preferably in a fast paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship building experience.
• Previous background working with software, including (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
• Proven experience developing HR programs for both hourly and salaried staff.
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration, OR related field. Previous experience in HR functions will be considered in replacement of the degree component.
