What You’ll Do:

• Keep our filing systems in top shape by organizing, sorting, and maintaining paper records for easy access
• Locate and retrieve physical files to support important administrative tasks
• Digitize documents by scanning and converting records with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Prepare, label, and manage file boxes to maintain a clean and structured storage system
• Review and update records to ensure information is properly filed and easy to find
• Handle confidential documents responsibly, following all security and privacy procedures
• Provide hands-on, onsite clerical support for records and document-related projects
• Assist with special projects and organizational tasks as needed

• Previous experience with paper filing and general document management in an office setting.
• Ability to scan and organize documents with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with file boxes and maintaining structured physical storage systems.
• Comfortable performing back-office administrative tasks in an onsite work environment.
• Ability to research and locate records efficiently within large filing systems.
• Strong discretion and reliability when handling confidential information.
