The firm seeks a full-time Corporate Staff Attorney to become an integral member of our highly ranked Corporate team. The ideal candidate will manage transactions and be capable of independent responsibility for major documentation. Moreover, the position requires experience in capital markets transactions, general corporate law, and complex mergers and acquisitions.
In this environment, an entrepreneurial approach, a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work in an independent manner among a group of high performing professionals is a requirement.
