Pay: $1500 – $2,500+ per week (Commission-Based)

Compensation

  • TV Packages: $20 – $100 per sale

This is a ground-floor opportunity during a major expansion of fiber and broadband infrastructure across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Knock assigned neighborhoods daily (door-to-door sales)
  • Educate homeowners on internet, TV, and mobile services
  • Close deals and schedule installations
  • Track activity using CRM tools (SalesRabbit or similar)
  • Knock 80–100+ doors per day in assigned residential territories
  • Educate homeowners on fiber optic internet service options available in their area
  • Present pricing, packages, and promotions clearly and confidently
  • Close sales on the spot and process customer sign-ups accurately
  • Track your daily activity, leads, and conversions
  • Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings. On-target earnings (OTE) for first-year representatives who follow our system are $50,000 to $60,000, with top performers earning significantly more. Your income is a direct reflection of your effort—the harder you work, the more you take home. This role does not include traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental, or PTO. Requirements Must-Have

  • High school diploma or GED (no college degree required—we care about your work ethic, not your transcript)
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from assigned territories
  • Physically able to walk 6–8 hours per day in various weather conditions
  • Positive attitude and resilience—rejection is part of the process, and great reps push through it
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people

 

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)

  • Some prior sales experience (retail, customer service, call center, B2B, or D2D)
  • Familiarity with telecom, internet, or home services industries
  • Experience using a CRM or tracking daily sales activity
