Pay: $17.50/hr - $19/hr based on experience/case Job Overview BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Lancaster County and surrounding areas. DSPs work one‑on‑one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their full potential. We are part‑time with the potential to reach 40 hours a week, and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout the homes and communities of clients near you.
