divh2Manufacturing Laborer/h2pWe are seeking reliable, safety-conscious individuals for short-term labor assignments supporting various operational needs in a manufacturing facility in Lancaster, Ohio. This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking flexible, on-call work with fast-paced tasks and hands-on experience./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pDepending on the days assignment, duties may include:/pulliAssisting with material handling, loading/unloading, or packaging/liliCleaning and preparing work areas or equipment/liliSupporting machine operators with basic tasks/liliMoving inventory or supplies within the facility/liliUnloading truck arrivals in shipping and receiving/liliPerforming general labor duties as directed by supervisors/li/ulpThese are temporary roles, usually a day here and there. Shifts can vary to several hours to a full shift but generally will be working day/first shift. Pay is $22.88 per hour. While these roles are temporary only, we do work with this client on ongoing temp-to-direct, full-time positions in various manufacturing roles. This is a great way to interact with the company and see the facility before applying for anything permanent./ph3Requirements/h3ulliAbility to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team/liliPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods/liliWillingness to wear required PPE (usually safety glasses and gloves) and follow all safety protocols/liliPunctuality and dependability are a must/liliPrior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required/li/ulh3Work Conditions/h3ulliAssignments may vary in length and scope depending on operational needs/liliWork is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature fluctuations/liliSafety gear provided; adherence to safety procedures is mandatory/li/ul/div
