Now Hiring: Call Center Representative (Inbound & Outbound) Rapid Remodel

Are you confident on the phone, motivated by results, and great with people? Rapid Remodel is looking for a reliable and energetic Call Center Representative to join our growing team in the home improvement industry. This role focuses on both inbound and outbound calls , working directly with homeowners interested in remodeling and gutter services. This is a Hybrid Remote Position with some days in office (flexible) PHX AZ

What Youll Do:

• Handle inbound calls from homeowners responding to marketing campaigns
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and set appointments
• Qualify customer needs for bathroom remodeling, home upgrades, and gutter services
• Schedule in-home consultations for our sales team
• Accurately enter and update customer information in CRM systems
• Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful experience on every call

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Positive attitude with a goal-driven mindset
• Previous call center or sales experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling objections and turning leads into appointments
