Your Role As a Brand Ambassador Engage and Educate: Passionately communicate the value of our brand and products to potential customers. Drive Appointments: Book meetings with decision-makers to showcase our exceptional solutions. Event Support: Assist in setting up, executing, and breaking down events to ensure smooth operations. Provide Valuable Insights: Share customer feedback and insights with management to improve future initiatives. Professionalism & Enthusiasm: Maintain a professional demeanor while having fun, staying energetic, and engaging with others! What YOU Bring To The Table People Person: Comfortable approaching new people, striking up conversations, and building rapport. Dependable & Reliable: Punctual, responsible, and always ready to take initiative. Positive Energy: Enthusiastic and always ready to bring a smile to the workplace! Reliable Transportation: Access to your own transportation for event-related travel. Weekend Availability: Most events occur on Saturdays and Sundays, so flexibility is key. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of event setup. Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S. What WE Offer You Income Potential: Fixed wages + performance-based bonuses + a vehicle allowance - with no cap on bonus earnings! Covers gas, wear-and-tear, and time. $17 - $30 per hour Salary Listed is a range of Hourly Wages, Bonus combined. Our successful Brand Ambassadors average $20-$30 per hour. Hourly rate of $17.00/hour Uncapped weekly bonus opportunities Based on performance (full and part-time) and $40.00 per appointment that receives a DEMO by our sales team. Vehicle Allowance: Our main office is based in Richmond, VA. We pay for travel on the road. 30-60 miles round trip: $50/day 61-80 miles: $60/day 81-100 miles: $70/day 101-120 miles: $80/day 121-150 miles: $90/day 151-180 miles: $100/day At Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia, our team members are the heartbeat of our success.
