Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Assistant Montessori Toddler Teacher to join our friendly team. In this role, you will assist the assistant teacher in implementing Montessori-based activities and lesson plans that foster a love of learning in young children. You will support the classroom environment, encourage independence, and work closely with students to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom. You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment. Montessori experience is preferred but not required. Must have completed AT LEAST one Early Childhood Education class and be willing to complete three more classes.
Responsibilities
Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
Teach children self care skills
Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
Communicate with parents and other school personnel
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills
Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
