We partner with independent contractors who are serious about remote work and capable of managing their responsibilities in a professional home office environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who can follow structured systems without hand-holding, show up consistently and on time, understand that remote work requires accountability.

Role Overview:

• Provide customer service support via phone
• Resolve inquiries using established processes
• Document interactions accurately
• Maintain performance standards throughout certification and production

Requirements:

• Certification attendance is mandatory
• Startup and equipment requirements apply
• Missing certification or performance benchmarks may result in removal

Technical & Workspace Requirements:

• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Wired high-speed internet
• Windows-based PC (no Mac or Chromebook)
• USB headset required prior to start

Pay Structure:

• Contract rates typically range $12$15/hour, depending on program
• Advancement opportunities are performance-based, not guaranteed
• This opportunity rewards consistency, preparation, and follow-through.
