Overview:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Engineer with strong front-end development expertise and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Vue.js , Laravel (PHP) , HTML5 , CSS3 , and possess a solid understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver seamless digital experiences that meet business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using Vue.js and integrate them with Laravel-based backends .
• Ensure all web applications adhere to WCAG accessibility standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate designs into functional code.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product design and functionality.
• Maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging UX trends, accessibility standards, and front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering or UX development.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js (Composition API, Vuex, Router) and Laravel (PHP) framework.
• Expertise in HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript (ES6+) , and responsive design principles.
• Experience with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and accessibility implementation for web applications.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a user-centric mindset.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with Figma , Adobe XD , or other UX design tools.
• Experience with SASS/SCSS , Webpack , or modern front-end build tools.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or PHPUnit).
• Experience in performance optimization and SEO best practices .
