Position Overview We are seeking traders to join our global currency markets team. You will trade forex and cryptocurrency markets with firm capital, monitoring global economic developments, analyzing market dynamics, and executing trading strategies as part of a professional trading environment. Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments Key Responsibilities Execute currency trades across major, minor, and emerging market pairs using firm capital Analyze macroeconomic data, central bank policy, and geopolitical events affecting currencies Apply technical analysis including chart patterns, support/resistance, and momentum indicators Manage position sizing, leverage, and risk controls appropriate to forex markets Monitor global trading sessions and economic calendars to time entries and exits Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth Required Qualifications Two or more years of trading experience with a defined approach or edge Demonstrated knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structure Process‑oriented mindset with attention to journal keeping and post‑trade analysis Independent, accountable, and committed to long‑term trading development Dependable computer setup and broadband connection for daily trading Familiarity with scripting, automation, or analytical tooling is a plus Position Details 1099 contractor relationship structured around your trading performance Keep 60% to 90% of profits, with splits improving as you advance through tiers Begin with up to $50,000 in firm‑allocated capital, scaling to $500,000+ Fully remote with complete schedule flexibility — no required hours or location Bi‑monthly capital and tier reviews built into the program structure Advancement incentives and bonus details discussed during the interview Our Work Culture Our culture is built around the idea that traders perform best when they have autonomy, capital, and a supportive community.
