We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telecommunications Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of telecom infrastructure and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom systems, with proven experience managing large-scale projects, teams, vendors, budgets, and client expectations across complex, multi-site environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for telecom initiatives (e.g., network upgrades, carrier deployments, data center migrations, voice systems).
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee risk assessment, issue resolution, and change management throughout the project.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards (e.g., FCC, ISO, ITIL).
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and audit readiness for all assigned projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Proven experience with network infrastructure (analog, 66 block, 110 block, fiber optics, wireless, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VoIP, etc.).
• Advanced Telco Skills including Toning, Tracing & Tagging, Cellular Wireless Signal Testing and Cellular Router Installation Experience
• Strong familiarity with telco carriers, NOC operations, and infrastructure rollouts.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Telco, punch down, cat6, cat5, fiber
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance for telecom
• Experience managing large-scale cross-border telecom deployments
