CAD Technician – Civil Engineering & Surveying We're a well-established civil engineering and land surveying firm in the DC metro area looking for a talented CAD Technician to join our collaborative team. If you enjoy creating clean, accurate drawings that support exciting land development projects — from site layouts and grading plans to stormwater, utilities, and detailed surveys — we'd love to meet you! You'll work on a variety of interesting projects including urban infill, mixed-use developments, and property improvements in the growing DC region. What you'll do: Prepare civil site plans, grading, utility, and stormwater designs Support land surveying efforts with boundary, topographic, and as-built drawings Help our team deliver high-quality, precise work that helps clients succeed with permitting and construction What we're looking for: Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a big plus) Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clear, professional drawings A positive attitude and desire to be part of a supportive, experienced team Civil engineering or surveying background is preferred We value teamwork, creative problem-solving, and doing great work that makes a real difference for our clients.
