As a SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our IG North America websites while driving organic growth through search engine optimization (SEO) and generative search optimization (GEO). Working alongside our Web & CRO Lead and the broader growth team, you'll implement website updates, conduct keyword and performance analysis, and execute strategic initiatives that improve organic visibility across both traditional and AI-driven search. This is a great opportunity for someone to build foundational expertise in website management and organic growth as part of a collaborative, data-driven organic growth team.
Most of the company's revenue comes from a small core of high-value, experienced traders, and the strongest channels for reaching them are the ones we own and earn, not the ones we buy. Discretionary Performance Bonus: 5-10% of base salary based on individual and company performance.
