Mc3 Partners is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support Intel-focused customer programs. This role is responsible for the full-lifecycle recruitment of cleared and highly specialized technical roles. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing instincts, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
This role plays a key part in driving growth by delivering talent that directly supports mission outcomes.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting across multiple Intel-aligned requisitions
• Build and maintain active pipelines of cleared and specialized talent
• Partner closely with internal leadership and customer stakeholders to understand hiring priorities
• Source candidates using ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach strategies
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical alignment, clearance eligibility, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and guide candidates through offer stage
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in JazzHR and related systems
• Contribute to process improvement and scaling best practices as the team grows
• 5 plus years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting Intel, DoD, or cleared programs
• Strong experience recruiting cleared professionals across technical or mission focused roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality
• Strong communication skills and professionalism with candidates and stakeholders
• Experience using ATS platforms such as JazzHR or similar systems
• Knowledge of security clearance requirements and hiring compliance
• Experience supporting multiple contract vehicles or customer programs
• Background in agency, RPO, or solution based recruiting environments
• Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to team growth
