Position Description:
PAR Technology has an exciting opportunity! The Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A plays a crucial role in supporting intelligent, financially sound decision making. The right person for this role is a systems thinker with a passion for developing and maintaining simple and sustainable business processes and enjoys translating data into insights efficiently and effectively. This highly visible role offers career opportunities and progression in a high-growth environment, as well as exposure to key leaders in the organization. This position will work closely with the senior management team of Corporate and RSG providing financial planning and analysis support as we execute strategic growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a world-class FP&A Team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (CFA or MBA a plus)

• Experience in financial planning and analysis role (SaaS or technology company experience a plus)

• Strong finance skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and business acumen

• Passion for using data to drive better decision-making and connecting operational metrics with financial results

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizations and functions

• Strong Excel skills and bonus points for experience with:

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage simultaneous assignments under tight deadlines

Additional skills:

• Curious, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities

• Interest in growing a career in corporate finance

• Support building and maintaining business unit forecasts

• Support creation of value-add insights in the monthly financial package

• Deliver insights and analysis to key decision-makers
