Lee Health is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to lead resident assessment, care planning, and documentation using the MDS/RAI process. In this on-site role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to collect clinical data, ensure accurate and timely MDS submissions, and support optimal reimbursement and quality outcomes. You’ll help align care plans with regulatory standards, educate staff on documentation, and contribute to performance improvement in a mission-driven, patient-centered, and community-focused health system.
