Centers Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Educator to support excellence in patient care by designing, delivering, and evaluating clinical education for nursing staff across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise and passion for teaching to assess learning needs, develop evidence-based educational programs, and provide hands-on training and coaching to nurses and interdisciplinary team members. The Registered Nurse Educator will coordinate orientation for new hires, conduct skills competencies, lead in-service training, and support ongoing professional development initiatives that align with organizational goals and current best practices in nursing and patient safety. Working closely with leadership and front-line staff, you will identify gaps in clinical practice, analyze performance data, and implement targeted educational interventions to improve quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction. You will develop and maintain educational materials, simulation scenarios, and competency checklists, while ensuring that all content reflects the latest clinical guidelines and standards of care. The RN Educator will also serve as a clinical resource on the unit, offering real-time coaching, mentoring, and support during patient care activities. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, advanced clinical judgment, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable using technology and electronic medical record systems to support learning, track competencies, and document compliance with education requirements. You will collaborate with management to prepare staff for surveys and audits, promote adherence to policies and procedures, and support initiatives in quality improvement, infection prevention, and risk management.
