We are seeking an experienced Profit Centre Manager to lead the overall performance of a branch within the wholesale distribution industry. This is a highly results-driven leadership role where success is measured through KPIs, ROI, operational efficiency, sales growth, customer satisfaction, teammate engagement, and overall profitability .
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a strong sales mindset, proven leadership experience, and the financial acumen to manage a business like their own. The Profit Centre Manager will have significant ownership over business performance, team leadership, budgeting, inventory, sales, operations, and customer relationships.
This role is similar to running a franchise without the franchise fees . The successful candidate will have the freedom and responsibility to make decisions, create action plans, manage performance, and drive growth within their market.
As the Profit Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day and long-term success of the profit centre.

The ideal candidate will come from a wholesale, distribution, building materials, plumbing/HVAC, industrial supply, construction supply, or similar business environment . Direct plumbing/HVAC product experience is considered an asset but is not required if the candidate has strong business ownership, sales, financial, and leadership experience.
