Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday

Production Line Ready

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to work while wearing respirators and protective equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finished parts.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.

Your Day at the Plant

• Inspect incoming parts to ensure they are properly prepared for the painting process .
• Move parts through the painting, flashing, and drying stages of the paint system.
• Mix paints and solvents according to manufacturer specifications .
• Operate automated paint mixing equipment and industrial paint systems.
• Apply liquid coatings using electrostatic and conventional spray paint guns to meet product specifications.
• Monitor parts through flashing and drying cycles to ensure proper curing times.
• Inspect finished parts and perform corrections when necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Clean and flush paint and solvent delivery systems as required.
• Coordinate or perform routine paint system maintenance in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the paint line operation.
• Assist with other paint line and production tasks as needed.
