Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the extruder operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Position Type: 1-Year Contract-to-Hire

Shift: Monday to Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to ensure continuous production.
• Set up and change over extruder lines efficiently and safely.
• Weigh and package products according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation for each production run.
• Perform routine cleaning and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal operation.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Fork Lift Operator's License preferred.
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety procedures.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
