iLoveToCreate, home to beloved craft brands, such as Tulip, Aleene's, ColorShot, Scribbles, and Puffy, is looking for a Product Photographer & Videographer to bring our brands to life through stunning visual content. The ideal candidate is a detail-obsessed creative who thrives at the intersection of artistry and commerce. You'll own how our products show up in the world, ensuring every image and video captures the joy of creating and turns consumers into lifelong crafters. 

What You’ll Do 

eCommerce PDP Content 

• Create product photography and video that clearly communicates value, builds confidence, and helps customers make informed purchase decisions. 
• Ensure PDP visuals accurately represent products while reinforcing brand quality, creativity, and trust. 
• Support a high-volume production cadence, deliver assets that support conversion, and a seamless shopping experience across digital channels. 

Lifestyle Photography & Video 

• Create lifestyle photography and video that inspires creativity and helps customers imagine products in real-world use. 
• Support brand and campaign storytelling by translating ideas, seasons, and moments into engaging visual narratives. 
• Partner with internal teams to ensure lifestyle content reflects brand voice, creative direction, and audience intent. 

Live Shoppable Production 

• Run live production tools including OBS to support multi-camera switching and audio for Amazon Live and other shoppable live platforms. 
• Execute live set builds, lighting setup, and microphone placement to support professional-quality broadcasts. 
• Actively monitor and troubleshoot live production issues to ensure smooth, uninterrupted live experiences. 

Collaboration & Creative Partnership 

• Work closely with internal design, marketing, and content teams to deliver visually aligned and on-brand assets. 
• Partner with external freelancers and creative vendors to support production needs and timelines. 
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to ensure efficient workflows and successful project outcomes. 

Production Operations & Asset Management 

• Own day-to-day studio operations, including management of the studio space, equipment maintenance, and production readiness for photo, video, and live shoots. 
• Own digital asset organization within the DAM, maintaining accurate file structures, naming conventions to ensure assets are accessible. 

Scope & Focus 

This role owns visual content creation and studio operations that define how iLoveToCreate products are displayed across owned digital channels and retail partners. This role does not include retail account management, merchandising strategy, or paid media execution. 

What You Bring 

• 3+ years of experience producing commercial photography and video. 
• Experience supporting consumer goods, lifestyle, or creative brands preferred. 
• Understanding of how visual content supports eCommerce and retail partners. 
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and/or Capture One, and OBS. 
• Proficiency with DSLR and cinema cameras, including Blackmagic systems. 
• Strong foundation in photography and videography lighting for studio and live content. 
• Experience with wireless microphones and audio capture for video production. 
• High attention to detail with a strong eye for color and composition. 
• Organized, process-driven approach to equipment and asset management. 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. 
• Passion for creative communities and an understanding of hobbyist consumer behavior.

Physical Demands 

• While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach above/ below shoulder level. 
• Occasionally required to lift/carry/push up to 40 lbs, repetitively use both hands/arms/shoulders, forward bending/stooping and light grasping and fine dexterity of both hands. Ability to participate in a team lift for any lifting necessary over 40 lbs.
