Precast Laborer-Starting ASAP!- $20/hr

As a Precast Laborer , you’ll be part of a team that creates large‑scale concrete products used in major construction projects. This is fast‑paced, physical, outdoor work where you’ll learn valuable trade skills and see the results of your effort every single day.

• Assemble and disassemble concrete forms that shape our precast products
• Support multiple departments—including the customs department—with hands‑on tasks
• Lift, carry, position, and organize materials to keep production running smoothly
• Use hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, fasten, and adjust materials
• Work directly with concrete: preparing, placing, smoothing, and finishing
• Operate or assist with forklifts and material‑handling equipment (training provided!)
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area in an outdoor, construction‑style environment
• Communicate with your team to keep production on schedule and high‑quality

• Experience in general construction or labor
• Ability to safely use hand tools (hammers, tape measures, wrenches, etc.)
• Comfort with basic power tools used in construction
• Willingness to work with concrete and get your hands dirty
• Physical ability to lift, bend, carry, and stay active throughout the shift
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Strong attention to safety and the ability to follow instructions

• Experience in precast, concrete, or production environments
• Carpentry or form‑building experience
• Forklift or equipment‑operation experience
• Ability to read construction drawings or measurements
• A reliable, hardworking attitude and desire to grow your skills

This role is based in an outdoor precast yard —a hands‑on, construction‑style setting where you’ll work around concrete, forms, tools, and production equipment. Expect physical activity, teamwork, and exposure to the elements. PPE and proper work attire are required to keep you safe and comfortable throughout your shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Coeur D Alene,ID.
