Part-Time Floating Assistant Teacher
Primrose School of North Meridian
Location: 4818 N. Elsinore Ave., Meridian, ID

Primrose School of North Meridian is looking for caring, reliable Part-Time Floating Assistant Teachers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working with children of all ages in a supportive, high-quality early learning environment.

As a floating assistant, youll support multiple classrooms and work with children ranging from 6 weeks through 5 years old, all while maintaining low teacher-to-child ratios.

Schedule Options
MondayFriday
9:00 AM 3:00 PM or 12:00 PM 6:00 PM

$14$17 per hour, based on experience
Consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends

What Youll Do
Assist in classrooms across different age groups as needed
Support daily routines, activities, and classroom management
Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
Build positive relationships with children, teachers, and families
Follow all school policies and state licensing requirements

What Were Looking For
Meets Idaho childcare licensing requirements
Experience in early childhood education preferred, but not required
A positive attitude and flexibility to work with various age groups
Dependable, caring, and team-oriented
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
