Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our NFL Production team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in the licensed sports apparel industry. The ideal candidate has an interest in fashion, product development, and sports merchandising. A fashion background is preferred but not required — we are looking for someone eager to learn and ready to attend wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the NFL Production team with daily operational tasks.
• Support sample management, organization, and tracking (NBA/NFL sample perks included).
• Help prepare and organize materials for meetings and production reviews.
• Assist with quality control checks and product approvals.
• Maintain organization of heavy sample boxes and production materials.
• Lift and move boxes (20+ pounds) as needed.
• Provide general administrative and production support.

Qualifications

• Interest in fashion, apparel production, or sports merchandising.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds and handle heavy boxes regularly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
