Role Description This is a part-time OR full-time, hybrid Licensed Real Estate Agent role based in Fort Mitchell, KY, with a mix of in-office, in-field, and work-from-home tasks. The agent will prospect and follow up with leads, schedule and conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through the buying and selling process from initial consultation to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and presenting comparative market analyses, drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and communicating regularly with clients, lenders, and other agents. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying current on local market trends and regulations, and actively participating in team meetings, trainings, and collaborative strategy sessions. The agent will represent A to Z Home Team’s service standards in all interactions, providing responsive, ethical, and client-focused service. Qualifications Active Real Estate License (OR in process of obtaining) in the state of Kentucky or Ohio, with a solid understanding of Real Estate principles and Real Property laws and practices. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and professionalism in client-facing situations. Proven Sales skills with the ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads, negotiate effectively, and close transactions. Knowledge of local Real Estate markets, including pricing, inventory, and neighborhood trends. Comfort with technology, including MLS platforms, CRM systems, electronic signatures, and basic office software. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and deadlines in a part-time schedule. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to properties and client meetings in the Fort Mitchell, KY area. Weekend and evening availability as needed to meet client and market demands. Prior experience in residential real estate or a related sales field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and participate in ongoing professional development is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
