Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and career-focused Junior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is well-suited for individuals with 0-4 years of experience who are eager to enhance their skills in both front-end and back-end development.

You will gain practical, hands-on experience working on real-time projects while receiving structured training, interview preparation, and continuous professional support to help you grow in your web development career.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain websites and web-based applications
  • Create responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
  • Support backend development and API creation using technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar platforms
  • Work closely with designers and senior developers to convert business requirements into technical solutions
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance improvements to ensure optimal functionality
  • Assist with database integration and third-party API connectivity
  • Contribute to live projects to build real-world development experience
  • Participate in interview preparation sessions and ongoing job support programs
