Call: After training and experience in the IR world, the RNs call rotation is as follows: 1. One weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) every 15th-16th weekend. 2. If the RN doesn't have a call weekend within a 6-week call schedule, the RN is required to take 4-5 call weekdays within that 6-week period. 3. There are "back-up" weeks, approximately 4/year. It is considered minimal call once you plot it out for the entire year. The call schedule will be shared at time of interview so the candidates can see it visually - which then they can see it is minimal call.
