The position: We are looking for an industrial cleaner to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can perform heavy duty tasks in common areas and, occasionally, vacated and occupied units in high-rises, mid-rises, townhouses, scattered sites, and garden community apartments.

The Location: 810 MLK Jr Way S, Seattle, WA 98144

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience and/or training in the industrial cleaner trade
• Valid Washington state driver's license with a fully insurable driving record

What will you do?

1. Perform basic janitorial cleaning duties
2. Strip, wax, scrub, and polish floors. Shampoo carpets.
3. Extract water and sewage from flooded properties
4. Clean up after a fire in a building or unit
5. Perform mold remediation and removal
6. Perform industrial cleaning in vacated units
