Reporting directly to the Firm Owner, the Immigration Attorney will independently manage a diverse caseload—from initial intake through final resolution—including administrative filings, removal defense, and federal immigration court advocacy. You’ll lead strategic case planning, supervise support staff, and ensure timely, high-quality client service.
