Daily Responsibilities: Perform mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment Conduct brazing, wiring, and piping work Adhere to building codes and safety regulations Required Skills: Experience with mechanical maintenance and pipefitting Knowledge of EPA Universal regulations Ability to work with gauges, sheet metal, and hand tools Strong understanding of building codes and piping systems Proficiency in electrical systems, pneumatics, and equipment repair Nice to Have Skills: Experience with general maintenance tasks Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Salary and Benefits: 20% commission on all jobs sold!
