***General Laborer – Weekly Pay***

Location: Spencer, IA

Pay: $18.50/hr

Schedule: Full‑time

Hours: 6:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Thursday

Job Overview

Seeking dependable General Laborers to support daily production and facility operations. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, involving material handling, basic machine support, and general cleanup tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production and warehouse tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials
• Perform basic machine support and general labor duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

Preferred Experience

• Previous labor, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
