Como Trabajador de Concreto Prefabricado , realizarás una variedad de tareas físicamente exigentes para garantizar el manejo, almacenamiento y preparación segura y eficiente de productos de concreto prefabricado. Este puesto requiere trabajar al aire libre en todas las condiciones climáticas, manipular materiales pesados y operar maquinaria, manteniendo siempre un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro.

Detalles del Puesto

• Pago: $16 por hora
• Horas extra: $24 por hora
• Horario: Aproximadamente 60 horas por semana
• Beneficios completos a partir del primer mes completo (Seguro médico, dental, visión, 401k y pago semanal)
• Entrevistas y comienzo inmediato , posible iniciar esta misma semana

Responsabilidades

• Cargar y descargar materiales de hasta 50 libras, trabajando bajo el sol.
• Manipular, almacenar y preparar productos de concreto prefabricado de manera segura y eficiente.
• Operar maquinaria utilizada para el manejo y preparación de materiales de concreto.
• Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio, organizado y seguro.

Habilidades Esenciales

• Experiencia en trabajo general y labores al aire libre.
• Conocimiento básico de concreto y construcción.
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo el sol y realizar levantamiento pesado.

Habilidades y Requisitos Adicionales

• Dominio del idioma español o habilidad bilingüe.

Ambiente de Trabajo

Horario del primer turno , de lunes a viernes de 6:00 AM a 2:30 PM , con disponibilidad para trabajar los sábados de 6:00 AM a 2:30 PM . El puesto requiere flexibilidad para trabajar al aire libre bajo diferentes condiciones climáticas.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Miami,FL.
