Job Description

Salary: $112,607 - 163,400 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Applied Computer Science or foreign equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience as a Software Engineer, Technology Specialist, or in a similar role
  • Proficient in software development, application support, and systems integration
  • Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications, Windows components, web APIs, and scheduled jobs using C#, VB .NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET Core Web API, and Windows Services
  • Strong skills in optimizing database queries using Microsoft SQL Server
  • Knowledgeable in front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Kendo UI
  • Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and post-production support
  • Experience managing and deploying applications in both cloud and on-premises environments
  • Skill in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure
  • Proficient in using version control and collaboration tools like GitLab, GitHub, Visual Studio, VS Code, TFS, and Jira
  • Experience with application monitoring and performance testing tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Datadog, JMeter, and Selenium
  • Basic understanding of enterprise integration and messaging technologies like IBM MQ, SignalR, Redis Cache, ForgeRock, Blackduck, and Fortify
  • Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust full-stack solutions, including web applications, Windows components, APIs, and scheduled jobs
  • Utilize technologies such as C#, VB .NET, and .NET Core to deliver scalable software solutions
  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using front-end technologies like React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
  • Support integration and testing efforts using tools like Postman and SoapUI
  • Manage application deployment and operations in containerized and cloud environments using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Design and automate CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to enhance development workflows
  • Utilize development tools like Visual Studio, VS Code, GitLab, and GitHub Copilot for enhanced productivity
  • Maintain and manage Windows services, ActiveBatch jobs, and monitoring systems for application stability
  • Monitor production environments across Windows and Linux platforms, conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting
  • Participate in quarterly Disaster Recovery exercises to ensure business continuity and organizational resilience
