Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 4 or 5 day work week Pay Rate: $310000.00 - $320000.00

A reputable primary care practice in Sacramento, CA seeks a qualified primary care physician to join its team. This unique opportunity offers the chance to join a team dedicated to efficient, collaborative care while living and working in one of California's largest and most affordable communities.

Opportunity Highlights

· Outpatient primary care – see all ages or focus on only adults

·4-day workweek option and No call required

· Competitive base salary up to $320,000 + annual performance-based incentives

· Up to $325,000 in recruitment incentives + relocation assistance

· EPIC EMR

 

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) required
• Board-certified or board-eligible in  Family Medicine  or  Internal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California
