We are hiring full-time and part-time positions. Job Description Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide supportive and caregiving assistance to individuals in daily living activities, community involvement, and personal development. DSPs work a set schedule that meets the needs of the individuals served and may include driving and accompanying individuals on activities. The role offers training; no prior experience is required. DSPs have the opportunity to develop rapport and meaningful relationships with the people they support. Responsibilities/Expectations Typically works a 4–8 hour shift with varied times throughout the day. Schedule includes weekday and/or weekend shifts based on the employee’s availability. Develop rapport and reciprocal relationships with each person supported. Assist individuals with daily living skills, community involvement, and promoting opportunity for individual choice and independence.
