We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Dental Lab Technician to join our Refractory Model Department. This full-time role involves fabricating, shaping, and finishing partial denture frameworks using advanced dental materials and techniques. No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive in-house training will be provided. Dental Lab Technician

Apply porcelain paste over prosthesis frameworks/setups with brushes and spatulas
Build and shape teeth setups using hand instruments and specifications from dentists or observations
Create patient mouth models by pouring plaster into dental impressions and allowing it to set
Load castings for frameworks into ovens following lost wax casting processes
Melt metals and mix acrylic/paste materials, pouring into molds or onto frameworks to form partial dentures
Place tooth models on an apparatus simulating jaw movement to assess functionality
Maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas to comply with safety and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain consistent quality

full-time $36,800 - $47,000 per year

Monday through Friday (no weekends)
Typical shifts run from 10:30 AM CST until work completion, usually between 6:30-7:00 PM CST

Strong eye for detail and ability to follow specific directions precisely
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new dental lab skills via in-house training
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Able to stand and move around periodically throughout the shift; capable of lifting up to 15 lbs
Positive, punctual, and dependable work attitude

Prior experience or hands-on skills in dental technology or jewelry craftsmanship is a plus but not required
