Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytical models to support business objectives Define and validate functional requirements for analytics and business intelligence solutions Retrieve, clean, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and integrity of reported results Identify trends and patterns in business data and create visualizations to support decision-making Collaborate with business units to conduct needs assessments and deliver data driven solutions Support data science and large-scale data initiatives through data preparation and analysis Maintain and enhance metadata artifacts, including Data Catalog and Power BI reporting assets Evaluate and improve the Data Governance and Metadata Collection Framework Mentor junior staff and contribute to development of best practices in analytics and governance Ensure compliance with data governance standards and support implementation of data quality controls Communicate analytical results effectively to stakeholders and leadership Required Qualifications Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics within an enterprise environment Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and performing complex analysis Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations Familiarity with data governance practices, metadata management, and data quality controls Experience working with cross-functional teams to define and validate data requirements Soft Skill Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate analytical results into business insights Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Strong collaboration skills across business, governance, and technology teams Attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and integrity Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
