About Roxon

ROXON is an innovation-driven outdoor and EDC tools brand focused on modular multi-tools and product systems. We sell primarily through Shopify DTC, Amazon, and creator-driven channels, and we are actively building a high-performance e-commerce growth team.

This is not a typical “marketing intern” role.

You will work directly with the founder and participate in real revenue-driving projects involving:

• Shopify
• CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• UX/UI
• Landing Pages
• Email & SMS
• Product Launches
• Growth Testing

If you want real ownership, fast learning, and hands-on experience in a fast-growing DTC brand, this role is for you.

What you'll work on CRO & Shopify Optimization

• Help improve conversion rates across the Shopify website
• Build and optimize landing pages using tools like PageFly
• Improve product page structure, CTA placement, and mobile UX
• Assist with A/B testing and conversion experiments

Growth & Revenue Projects

• Support campaigns focused on increasing:
• conversion rate
• revenue per visitor
• average order value
• repeat purchase rate
• Analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities

Email & SMS Marketing

• Assist with Klaviyo email and SMS flows
• Help build:
• welcome flows
• abandoned cart flows
• post-purchase flows
• promotional campaigns
• Participate in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing

Product Lauch & Creative Support

• Assist with launch pages for new products
• Coordinate with design and content teams
• Help organize website assets and campaign materials

What We‘re Looking For

Preferred Skills

• Interest in e-commerce, CRO, UX, or Shopify
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical thinking and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using:
• Shopify
• Canva / Figma
• Google Sheets
• GA4 (a plus)
• Klaviyo (a plus)
• PageFly or similar tools (a plus)

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour
