To support the product management team, the full-time Clinical Informaticist will ensure the accuracy and standardization of clinical data sourced from various EHR systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Aledade's clinical data integration platform remotely. Key responsibilities Identify and resolve clinical data quality issues across a multi-vendor EHR ecosystem, providing structured findings and actionable recommendations Map clinical data elements to standardized code systems and validate their accuracy, supporting the development of terminology mapping capabilities Ensure clinical data completeness and accuracy for quality measure programs, collaborating cross-functionally to address data gaps impacting performance Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Medical/Health Informatics, Bioinformatics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare data analysis, or health information management Strong skills in querying, analyzing, and validating clinical data, with experience in Databricks/Spark SQL being a plus Solid understanding of standard Health Information Technology (HIT) vocabularies and terminologies Hands-on experience with one or more ambulatory Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
