Innovative Home Services (IHS) at Freedom Village at Brandywine is a private duty home care. We are currently seeking extraordinary, compassionate, motivated, and energetic Companions/Caregivers/Homemakers to join our team. As an IHS Companion, you will provide light housekeeping and companion services, one on one, all while working our beautiful, upscale campus. We provide individual private duty supportive care that is personalized to the needs of our residents here in our community 7 days a week. Previous companion experience is preferred. Innovative Home Services offers the opportunity to have a flexible schedule depending on your availability up to 20+ hours a week.
