Customer Service Representative, Medicaid Support Albuquerque, NM, Onsite $16.00 per hour We are hiring
Customer Service Representatives to support a Medicaid services project in Albuquerque. This is a
fully onsite, temporary opportunity with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs.
If you have call center, customer service, or healthcare experience, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and build valuable experience.
What You'll Do • Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with questions related to services and transactions
• Provide accurate information using scripts, tools, and established procedures
• Document customer interactions and update internal systems
• Determine when to resolve, transfer, or escalate calls
• Deliver professional, timely, and accurate customer support
Schedule • Training, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST, 3 weeks
• Production, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST
• Monday through Friday, possible weekends
Pay • $16.00 per hour
What We're Looking For • Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Medicaid or healthcare experience is a plus, not required
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to follow processes and work in a structured environment
Additional Details • Fully onsite in Albuquerque, NM
• Temporary assignment, approximately 3 months, with potential to extend
