We are seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Engineering Department. This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. The position will work closely with engineering leadership and assist with onboarding and training coordination for new AutoCAD drafter hires, along with a variety of administrative and operational support tasks throughout the department.

No AutoCAD experience is required. We are looking for someone dependable, resourceful, and eager to help keep the department running smoothly.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative, office support, coordinator, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple personalities and departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical office is a plus
